3. Non-Returnable Products

- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Perishable goods.
- Intimate, hygiene, or personal care products once opened.

4. Return Process

Where replacement is available, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests will be subject to:

- Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, convenience fees, or handling charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or other available methods.
7. Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, return shipping costs shall be borne by us.
- In all other cases, the customer may be required to bear return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancellation of Return Requests:
